Chocolate Coffee Ganache Tarts
If you have a sweet tooth, this is the sweet treat for you. Rich chocolate ganache with a coffee flavour, nestled in a pastry case and topped with a walnut crumb. Yum!

Ingredients:
- 100g dark chocolate + 100g milk chocolate, chopped
- 2tbsp Avalanche Italian Roast freeze dried coffee
- 100ml cream
- 8 pre made sweet pastry shells
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Whipped cream, to serve
Method:
Place the chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl and set to the side.
In a small pot, bring the coffee and cream to the boil; stirring until it reaches boiling point. Quickly pour over the chopped chocolate, then stir constantly with a spatula until smooth and lump free.
Pour evenly between the tart shells, sprinkle with walnuts, then place in the fridge for 2 hours or until set.
Serve with whipped cream or store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
